My lg stylo 6 was purchased in 2019. Now since i bought the wifi box i can only make wifi calls sometimes. I can text or use messenger but no talking. I bought the tmobile wifi box about 2 months ago. I am disabled and my phone is my lifeline. How do i get it back to normal? I have bought new sims cards for my phone and the wifi box.. It still has the problem. I was going to exchange boxes to a new one metro pcs said that i couldnt do that. Can someone help me

Try restarting your lg stylo 6, keep the screen touch away from any type of face sweating…
Have you tried testing this issue while your phone is connected with handsfree?

Hey this is Stephanie. I have had my stylo 6 almost a year. For some weird reason it keeps putting people on hold without me pressing anything. By the time I’m able to get the person back they have hung up because they thought I did.

In reply to Margaret crooks. Hey Margaret, I agree. Got this phone for myself and my son we've had them for just under a year and the same issues with the screen. It's the digitizer. It's f***ed up! Get burned and learn I guess. We just to get new phones.

I lock my phone. When screen time ends it goes black and locks. That’s good everything is fine. Opens with pin. No problem.

I remember a setting, which I can’t, find to enable phone to stay unlocked when in the vicinity of home wifi. Any clues?

Having to unlock my phone at home is annoying.

Had my LG STYLO 6 a year or here is my issue/shuts off while I am talking be it at my place, n truck or just standing near wifi or not? Just quits. I shut down and re start and again it quits. My battery says 100% too? Very annoying and not safe to use in my work as I get response calls and such. US Cell say to take in and set some code and may have to change battery (which you say can’t be down)…………..help me OK

I baught our phons in 2021 not even a year ago.. Had a problem from the start not even a mth after i got mine..I set the lock screen to figure print..I had to call my srvice metro pc..to unlock my phone but order to do that. They had to completely break into my simcard.Get the passcode or my simcard.so i could get into my phone.
That was the first problem..Now for almost 2mths. Which date today 1/27/2022 my notifications keep coming down every few seconds without warning..my keyboard changer comes up without warning..My sceen will turn off without warning. Pictues get deleted without warning.. Bluetooth turns on without me touching it..apps will close out without me closing them.
The screen is unresponsive for about a minute..the keyboard you have to push on it like a old style type writer.
You wanna talk about the little suff..lets talk about gettin ready to throw my phone up against the wall to see if it will acted right.
I want a ZTE phone again..first time lg user..and this phone is trash..
