The Chinese smartphone brand is trying hard to bring more and more phones in the UK. The latest and coolest smartphone is Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 which is a mid-range device. The handset will officially be available from May 7 and it’ll come with 3GB RAM and 32GB of onboard memory. You will be able to buy this configuration after spending £179.
According to the brand, however, Redmi Note 7 will also be available in 4GB/64GB and 4GB with 128GB that will hit UK shelves a little bit late. All Mi fans will be able to pick it up this beast from Mi’s official website as well as the London Mi store.
Back in February 2019, Xiaomi announced that it would be running “Redmi” as an independent brand just to focus on budget-friendly smartphones. In the meantime, Xiaomi would manage mid-range and premium smartphones.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 takes on a form which is quite identical to the flagship Mi devices – but it’s housing a teardrop notch with a selfie camera. Though it’s a lower-end smartphone – but it comes with a dual camera system – consists of a 48MP + 5MP for capturing detailed images with a lot of colours.
It’s rumoured that the handset will have a Smart Zoom feature with a 4x Digital Zoom which will give you the same size image as a regular 12MP camera. Aside from that, the phone has an impressive 6.3-inches display and Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 Chipset is available to work as a brain of the phone.
The Chinese and Indian audience got Redmi Note 7 with a massive 4000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4 support as well as USB Type-C.
Price and Availability
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 will be available from May 7, 2019, as mentioned above and as far as its price is concerned, 3GB/32GB variant will be available at £179, 4GB/64GB at £199 but 4GB/128GB will go for a whopping £249.
