This started after the fingerprint sensor started not working. I took the first back to Walmart where I bought it and no one there knowed anything about it. They said the only person that knowed anything about it would not be back for about 2 hours. I was riding with someone else couldn’t wait and just bought another one and now it is doing the same thing. I don’t have transportation to go see if I can get someone to tell me what’s wrong or how to fix it if I can.
